Our VC Way is the shared culture that connects every person and every business unit across the Votorantim Cimentos North America (VCNA) network. It is the reason a new hire is welcomed like family, and a forty-year veteran still feels at home on the same floor they walked into decades ago. When Votorantim Cimentos chose St Marys Cement as its first footprint in North America in 2001, it was not acquiring a production facility. It was joining a culture that had been built on these principles long before they were written down. Our VC Way gave that culture a shared language.
